Before founding Standard & Co. in December 2025, Jai spent his college career proving the concept at scale. As Executive Director of the Florida Invitational Step Show, he drove 47% attendance growth, $75,000+ in gross revenue, and $40,000+ in sponsorships — not with a team of professionals, but with the discipline of someone who understood what was at stake. At Google, he managed a portfolio of 120+ small and medium business clients and closed his internship at 118% of quota. The throughline in every role has been the same: bring order to ambition, and turn potential into performance.
